Biography

BIO

Blanche Friderici was born in New York City in 1878.

She made her Broadway debut in 1914 at the age of 36 and appeared in 9 productions through 1927.

Friderici first appeared on film, in 1920, in a silent feature for RealArt Pictures.   She worked steadily through the 1920s and early 1930s as a supporting actress including her last picture, It Happened One Night (1934).

Friderici appeared in more than 55 feature films during her career.

She was married to Donald Campbell.

Friderici died of a heart attack, in 1933, in Visalia, California while traveling with her husband to a religious service.   She was 55 years old.
